Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Hungary and Germany.
How long is shipping?

Standard items: ~8–10 business days.

Made-to-order / remote facilities: ~21–25 business days.
Exact estimates appear on the product page and at checkout. Mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout by your address and cart. One order may ship in multiple packages.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes — invoices are sent automatically to your e-mail after purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately at support@pumpcore.eu with your order number (#PC…). Once production/shipping is underway, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Which size should I choose?
See the size guide on the product page. If unsure, share your measurements and we’ll help.
Change of mind / wrong size (EU withdrawal right)
EU consumers have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to withdraw.
E-mail support@pumpcore.eu within 14 days (order number), then return within the following 14 days.
- Full order returned: refund of item price(s) + the lowest-cost standard delivery fee originally offered.

Partial return: shipping fees are not refunded.
Express/extra delivery surcharges are non-refundable.

Return shipping cost: for change of mind/wrong size, the customer pays the direct return cost.

Condition: you’re liable for any diminished value from handling beyond what’s necessary.

Exceptions: personalised/custom goods; hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed; and other statutory exceptions. For POD items that are not personalised, the 14-day right still applies.
- Refund timing: within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Defective, damaged or misprinted items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pumpcore.eu with photos and your order number. For faulty goods we cover return shipping (prepaid label or reimbursement of reasonable standard tracked postage). We will repair or replace; if not possible in a reasonable time, we’ll offer a price reduction or refund. This 30-day window streamlines processing
Where do I send returns?
Do not ship to our business address. Contact support@pumpcore.eu first — we’ll provide the correct return address/label. Unauthorised returns (no RMA) may be refused.
Lost packages
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, notify us within 30 days after the promised delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier/manufacturer.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and other local options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
How do I use a discount code and can promotions stack?
Enter your code on the cart or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise only one promotion applies.
Can I add delivery notes or a door code?
Yes. Use the “Order notes” field in cart or add delivery instructions at checkout. Couriers may not guarantee custom requests.
My parcel was marked delivered but I did not receive it. What now?
Check with household neighbors and building management then contact the carrier and us within 3 days so we can investigate.
What happens if delivery fails or the parcel returns to sender?
If the address was incomplete or refused we can reship to a corrected address once returned. Additional shipping may apply.
Do you offer gift orders or remove prices from the parcel?
We do not include printed receipts with prices in the box. The invoice is sent by email to the purchaser.
Are items made to order and why?
Many products are made after purchase to keep quality consistent and reduce overproduction. Production time is shown on the product page and at checkout.
How do I contact support and what is your response time?
Email support@pumpcore.eu. We answer Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 CET, usually within one business day.
How do you handle my data and cookies?
Checkout and payments run on Shopify infrastructure. Cookie consent and management are handled by Shopify according to your region.
Are prices shown with VAT and in which currency?
We operate under the Hungarian small-business VAT exemption (AAM), so Hungarian VAT is not charged on our invoices. Prices shown are the final amounts you pay. For EU cross-border orders, if we must apply destination VAT under the EU distance-sales rules, it will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout. Prices display in your selected currency where available.
