Geographic scope (orders): We currently ship to Hungary and Germany only. This Refund Policy governs orders delivered to these countries. It does not limit your privacy or cookie rights — those are covered by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which applies to all website visitors.

1) Right of withdrawal — 14 calendar days (EU consumers)

Eligibility: Applies to consumers (not B2B).
Deadline: 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive the goods.

How to exercise

  • E-mail support@pumpcore.eu within 14 days (include your order number).
  • Return the goods within the following 14 days.

What we refund

  • Full order returned: price of the returned item(s) + the lowest-cost standard delivery fee originally offered.
  • Partial return: shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Express / extra delivery surcharges are non-refundable.

Return shipping cost

  • Change of mind / wrong size: the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping (we inform you of this before purchase).
  • Faulty / non-conforming goods: PUMPCORE covers return shipping — we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable standard tracked postage upon proof of payment.

Condition / value reduction
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions (no withdrawal)
Custom-made/personalised items, hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions. Note: Many items are made to order (POD). If they are not personalised, the 14-day withdrawal still applies.

Refund timing & method
We refund within 14 days from your notice of withdrawal, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2) Defective, damaged, or misprinted items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We cover return costs for faulty goods and will repair or replace, if not possible within a reasonable time, we’ll offer a price reduction or refund.
Note: This 30-day window helps us process with our manufacturer (Printful) and does not limit your statutory 2-year conformity rights in the EU.

3) Change of mind / wrong size

Non-personalised items may be returned only within the 14-day withdrawal period. After that, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty. Please check the size chart before ordering.

4) Return process (RMA)

  1. Contact: support@pumpcore.eu (subject: Return/RMA – Order #, attach defect photos if applicable).
  2. Approval: We’ll confirm your return.
  3. Ship to this address:

    (Unsolicited returns are accepted at this address only if you have notified us within the legal timeframe. For faulty goods, we may alternatively provide a prepaid label and/or a different processing address depending on the item.)
  4. Inspection → refund/replacement: After receipt and inspection, we issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method, or dispatch a replacement. Express/extra delivery services are non-refundable.
  5. Packaging: Where possible, return items in original packaging, with all accessories, in resellable condition.

5) Lost packages

If your parcel does not arrive, notify us within 30 days after the promised delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier/manufacturer.

6) Additional notes

  • Undeliverable/refused parcels: If delivery fails for reasons within your control (e.g., wrong address, not collected), the cost of return may be deducted from any refund.
  • Gift cards / digital items: Non-refundable.
  • Evidence: Keep your postage receipt and tracking number for any return.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer law and the mandatory laws of your country of residence/delivery.
