1 Right of withdrawal EU consumers 14 days
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU you may withdraw within 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive the goods
To withdraw email support@pumpcore.eu within 14 days and include your order number after your notice send back the goods within the following 14 days
For a full order return we refund the price of the returned goods and the lowest cost standard delivery offered at purchase
For a partial return the original shipping fee is not refunded
Express or extra delivery surcharges are not refunded
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods except where the item is faulty or non conforming
You are responsible for any loss in value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature characteristics and functioning of the goods
Exceptions include personalised items hygiene sensitive goods once unsealed and other statutory exceptions
Many items are made to order if they are not personalised the 14 day right still applies
We issue refunds no later than 14 days from your withdrawal notice we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return refunds are made to the original payment method
2 Faulty or damaged items
Report defects or damage within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number
We will repair or replace if that is not possible within a reasonable time we will offer a price reduction or a refund
Your statutory conformity rights minimum two years remain unaffected
3 RMA process and return address
Contact support@pumpcore.eu for approval before sending any return
After approval we will email the correct return address and instructions
Unapproved returns are not accepted
After we receive and inspect the return we refund to the original payment method within 14 days or send a replacement as applicable
4 Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged email support@pumpcore.eu For carrier loss we file a claim and resend or refund once the investigation allows
5 Address accuracy and delivery issues
Provide a complete and accurate address
If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address not collected or refused reshipping costs may be charged to the customer
