2) Scope & acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using the store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update the Terms from time to time, the current version is effective when posted on our website.
3) Contract language & applicable law
This English version governs. The contract is governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence/delivery (e.g., EU consumer rules for HU/DE customers).
4) Products, prices & availability
We offer PUMPCORE apparel and accessories. Product descriptions, photos and prices in EUR (VAT-inclusive where applicable) are shown on product pages, shipping costs are shown at checkout. Availability and prices may change at any time.
5) Orders & contract formation
To order, add items to your cart, provide the required details, and complete payment. After you place an order, we send an order confirmation email—the contract is concluded when this confirmation is sent. If an item is unavailable, mispriced, or fraud is suspected, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
6) Payment & currency
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay (on eligible Apple devices using Safari), and Google Pay (on eligible devices/browsers).
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment service providers. We do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Authorisation & charge. Your payment method is authorised at checkout, we capture the charge when the order is accepted. In case of cancellation or unavailability, any amounts captured will be refunded.
Strong Customer Authentication. Where required (e.g., EU/EEA), card payments use SCA/3-D Secure. You may be asked to complete additional verification with your bank or wallet app.
Currency & pricing. Orders are charged in EUR (or the currency shown to you at checkout, if different). Prices are shown in EUR and are VAT-inclusive where applicable. If your bank or wallet uses another currency, it may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Refunds. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay/card). Processing times depend on your payment provider/bank.
Fraud & compliance. We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, payment cannot be authorised, or legal/compliance checks require it.
7) Shipping & fulfilment (current coverage: HU & DE)
We currently ship to Hungary and Germany only. Orders are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful and other logistics partners. Typical production is 2–5 business days, typical EU delivery is 4–8 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or carrier disruptions. Shipping fees/options are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass upon delivery to you.
8) Right of withdrawal — EU consumers (14 days)
If you purchase as a consumer within the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
How: email support@pumpcore.eu within 14 days (include order number), then return the goods within the following 14 days.
Refund: we refund the price of the returned goods and, for full-order withdrawal, the lowest-cost standard delivery fee. Express/extra delivery surcharges are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by you except for faulty goods.
Exceptions: no withdrawal for personalised/made-to-spec items or hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and other statutory exceptions. Note: Many items are made-to-order (POD), if not personalised, the 14-day right still applies.

9) Faulty goods & legal guarantee
If an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair or replace, or if not possible within a reasonable time, offer a price reduction or refund. Your statutory conformity rights under EU/HU/DE law (minimum 2-year legal guarantee) remain unaffected.

Unsolicited returns are not accepted. After we receive and inspect the return, we process a refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement as applicable. See our Refund Policy for details.
11) Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., interfere with security, place false orders, or infringe IP rights). We may suspend access if we detect abuse or fraud.
12) Intellectual property
All content on the site (trademarks, logos, images, text, designs) is owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy, distribute, or use such content without our prior written consent. PUMPCORE and related marks are our trademarks.
13) Limitation of liability
We use reasonable care to present accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or site content are error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or delays beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14) Complaints & dispute resolution
We aim to resolve complaints amicably—please email support@pumpcore.eu. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület) or the competent Hungarian courts at our business address. These Terms do not affect your non-waivable consumer rights.
15) Changes, severability, assignment
We may amend these Terms, changes apply from publication. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may assign our rights/obligations in connection with a business transfer, this will not affect your statutory rights.
